Eh, we hadn't been dating long, but I got a lot of mixed signals from the guy, so I felt fairly blindsided by it. The details of it would make you want to punch him in the face but I won't reveal them here.
It was not my fault. Well, maybe my fault for caring so much. Though it's good that I still know how to care. You know?
Definitely a bummer, but good that you are not giving up on dating entirely. If he's in NYC, you'll be gone soon, and if he's in N'ton, well then you have some time away until you get back.
